I purchased 2 items. They sent the wrong items, said they’d sent the correct items…didn’t, asked for refund instead. Promised every email it was getting processed, and I’m still waiting. This all began in June, it’s now almost December

This is a company that advertises their product on many social media pages such as Facebook, Ticktok and Instagram. It is for a lip stain. The company sends people all the wrong colors and the product does not work as advertised. Then they do not respond to your emails to process a return or exchange. Be careful and do not order from this website. Lots of reviews of the same issue out there as well as on their reviews on the social media page.
