CEO Michael Khanna Refuses To Pay My Lawfully Wages

I interviewed with this company in August 2023 as an account manager and worked there briefly. I have found CEO Michael Khanna and Sales Manager Ashley Green to be wage thieves. But it gets worse:

Without warning, I was let go in September 2023, I received a text message from Ashley Green promising to pay my lawfully owed wages. Then after 2 weeks of waiting to be paid, CEO Michael Khanna refused to pay my lawfully owed wages. As a result, I have had to hire an attorney to represent me. I ask myself, if they commit open, naked, and aggressive wage theft against me and possibly other employees, how could anyone trust this company? I would absolutely never trust this organization with my teeth.

This company has a bunch of different business names and are known as Abbey Dental, Bionic Smile, and Magnadent Support Services, LLC. I did some more investigations and discovered this:
