STAY AWAY from this scam! Ordered men’s Nike t - shirts. It took 2 months to arrive after my threats of canceling the order. Due to the delay I ended up ordering the same shirts from Nike. The shirts I finally received from Bills were obviously FAKE crap and cost only slightly less than the authentic from Nike. Going to try to return them but from other reviews they don’t issue refunds after you return it and not sure it’s worth the headache! Lesson learned!

I purchased some clothes from this website. And after my payment was accepted and taken from my account I received an email saying the items were out if stock and I would receive a refund. But my refund never came so im just out of almost 300 dollars. Its been about 4 months now I have sent several emails with no reply

Yes, they are a scam. They have charged my card several times. The customer service is wack, they talk to you like trash. I would not recommend dealing with this outlet. They tried too hard by trying to give me a free outfit after the money I spent. Should have given me extra cause that sure wasn't compensation for what I spent or how I was treated.

Fake Company! I want to warn everyone I can about spending their money. My order still hasn’t arrived.. I’ve contacted the BBB
And I’m still not satisfied.. I contacted them twice and guy was rude and he didn’t see my order, but I had the order #.
Said he’ll send it in two days, still no clothing... now their phone number has been disconnected .. I put the number in My contacts.. I still call from time to time..

I recently purchased a Nike sweatsuit, not only did it take 2 weeks to come when item arrived it turned out to be a knock off. This company is bs bad customer service they make it seem as if there doing you a favor. I will never spend another dime with this company and for anyone who's considering purchasing anything from here don't waste your money a total scam. Im obliterated and disgusted bu there actions. Just lost a potential customer for a 1 time scheme.

I order a Men track suit like 1 weeks ago and never recieved a Date for delivery. I begin email questions and finally got a reference number. They begin to say there will be a delay due to one or more item being out of stock. I'm like okay so how soon can my order be delivered. Instead of tell me an estimated time for delivery they cancelled my order! I never cancelled, I just wanted information of my order. Then I instantly ask so where is my Refund from this order...I don't see it and they're aren't responding. Bad Business...this is the first and last time ordering with them!

I purchased almost $900 worth of Nike sweatsuits from Bill's Outlet and unfortunately I received it a day before I went on a 3 week trip! Just to get back and after settling in, a week later I finally opened up the package just to find out they were all too small! Thinking they're authentic Nike I took them to the Nike store just to be told they're FAKE! I couldn't believe it! But I guess that's what I get for taking a business at their word! Lesson learned! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BUSINESS! THEY'RE A FRAUD!
