Ordered Ralph Lauren Men's Mesh Polo T-Shirts that were advertised as Original $98 shirts at a discount. One white, black and red. They are fake reproductions. I checked with the original manufacturer. They should be fined and prosecuted for this. Unable to get money back from them.

I placed an order with Bills Outlet for 3 Nike Tech track suits, however after reading the reviews I immediately cancelled the order. When I cancelled the order they deactivated my account and blocked my IP address from accessing their website. Then they had the audacity to still charge my credit card for $347.00 under the name of “Alco Fashions” and didn’t respond to any emails for a refund. I had to do a chargeback with my credit card company. These are the same people as “Alco Fashion” and the reviews under that business name are just as bad. They’re basically scamming people and hoping to get away with the money. I’m filing a complaint with my Attorney General as well because something needs to be done about them.

I ordered 2 Nike orange shirts with white Nike logos. One white logo is large and center of chest. The other is small white logo on the left side. Both shirts came orange but logos were back and both logos are to left. I thought ok maybe a mistake so I ordered another orange and white logo shirt and again they sent me the same shirt again an orange and black logo. Now I think their just sending whatever they have in stock and not what you choose that's pictured. I sent a complaint and no answer. I would advise not to order from Bill's Outlet cause their just sending you whatever they have and not what you ordered. I kept one but the other two are still in package

THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE! I purchased an Orange & WHITE Nike shirt for Christmas 4 my son on 11/29, and it WAS orange & white, just AS they had PICTURED ONLINE, as well as the way it was PICTURED ON MY completed PURCHASE, but they sent me an orange & black one, not once, but twice! That is because after receiving the wrong shirt the 1st time, I immediately ordered a 2nd one on 12/15 thinking the 1st one was a fluke accident. When I contacted them through email about tracking the 2nd order because it was late they actually said, "I just shipped it relax pal" -THE AUDACITY! Then after receiving the wrong order YET AGAIN (because I already chopped up the 1st order as a loss because I absolutely LOATHE doing returns) I notified them with SEVERAL pictures as proof, of what they had done, not once, but twice. Their response? After telling ME to jump through a bunch of hoops to return items (which I couldn't even do now if I wanted to (& I do) because NOW I'm actually snowed in and CAN'T return the items, AND I don't trust them) They actually said to me, "Just return it and I will give you your LITTLE 26 dollars back" for just 1 of the shirts. These people are the most incompetent & rude people I have EVER dealt w/when it comes to a business! I can't believe they're actually in Customer Service, at all. I was in Customer service management, for many years, so I usually go out of my way to be very kind & patient w/these people because I know what it's like being in Customer Service, especially around the holidays & the kinds of people you have to deal w/all day, but these guys?! These guys are not only scam artists, but they are total bullies! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! TRUST ME! I gave them a break after 1st mistake & said nothing. I even repurchased from them, thinking mistakes happen, but they did it again, ON PURPOSE! Why? Well, because THEY SAID THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK & DECIDED to just send what they got & put the burden back onto the customer INSTEAD of doing the RIGHT thing.

P.S.S. I think their products are fake, anyway. I didn't even bother opening the plastic that it came in, as pictured above, because according to these losers, I have to repackage, include shipping label AND return label, and send by usps ONLY, within 14 days of receipt, only so THEY can then look it over to deem whether it worthy of returning your money, or not. Once the item leaves your hands and goes back to them for a refund, there is NO guarantee that you will get a refund, so that means you are not only OUT of YOUR MONEY, but possibly the product too (even IF it WAS the wrong product), as well as your time, your money/gas/travel to drop package off to ship it back to them, and if they actually DO find you worthy of a refund, they said it can take up to 20 working days to see your money back in your account. They KNEW they were SOLD OUT of the product I purchased, not once, but twice, and INSTEAD of refunding my money and saying, 'I'm sorry, we are out of that product' THEY instead DECIDED to send something else entirely, probably banking on the fact that either 1) the person hates doing returns, like I do, and just chalk it up as a loss, which means they get to keep your money, OR 2) You DO decide to return the item(s) and they send you the return process, which in and of itself is nonsense, and it will give them back the item(s) yet they can STILL deny your refund, so now they have BOTH THE PRODUCT AND YOUR MONEY, AND your wasted time AND effort, and all of this is over items that I don't even think are authentic. The icing on the cake? They are absolute [censored]! When my second order still hadn't shipped, I simply asked 'why haven't you shipped order # so & so, yet?' Their response? 'I shipped today relax pal' THE AUDACITY! Then after receiving the same WRONG item again, they actually said this, 'Fine, return item and I give you your LITTLE 26 dollars back' AGAIN, THE AUDACITY! And that was said after they listed a million other steps that I have to take just to return the item to them with absolutely NO GUARANTEE that they will refund me anything after receiving item(s) back. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS THROUGH AND THROUGH. Not only that, but they are RUDE AS HELL. And just as an FYI to anyone else who purchased something from these dolts, it will not show up on your bank statement under Bills Outlets or BillsOutlets, but under Alco Fashion in New York. So to anyone else out there that got screwed by them also, good luck! I filed a claim with my bank. I have the entire email chain, pictures of what they are advertising, pictures of what I ordered, pictures of what I recieved, pictures of the shipping paper, and more. I hope they go down. But I DID learn something, if their is no place to review a company or any of it's items, WARNING! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! That to me is a huge red flag because noone else can see what they have done and are doing. BAD SIGN.

P.S. If you did make the mistake of purchasing from these [censored], you will find them on your banking statement, NOT under BillsOutlets, but under Alco Fashion.

Billsoutlet is a BIG SCAM! Do not buy from them! Look at the damn s***** stitching! That's not loose thread, but it's just on there like that. The tag is def not the same as an authentic Nike one. You cannot return or exchange bc when I went to ups store, they said return address doesnt exist! [censored] bill n his stupid outlet. Then theyre tone changed in email after I told them I couldn't return. Big attitude.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! DO NOT BUY! They just take your money. If they do send you a product it is a cheap knockoff. They show up on top google searches, sells major brands like Adidas and Nike, but somehow none of these companies are able to do anything about this b.s. It seems like it might just be one dude running this whole thing. I would love to find him and beat his [censored] to death.

This company is fraud they sell all fake products ordered fake timberland boots but they claim it was authentic they are rude as hell hung up when we complained about fake shoes and clothing this website needs to be shut down

I ordered a Nike Womens Essential Tech Color Block Full-Zip Fleece Hoodie & Pants Set off of this site and what I received was not an authentic Nike outfit. What I got was a yellow sweatsuit that did not match the picture nor description with a Nike logo stitched on. I called the company and a man answer and by just saying “HELLO” no company man nothing. When i asked was he “Billoutlet” he said no who’s calling, I told him this number was attached to my billing statement Then said he was “security” and said hold on. The same exact man got on the phone and then said asked how could help me. I explained I needed a refund and that my product was fake, he said **** *** and hung up.

I bought a sz 12 in timberland boots they sent me a FAKE PAIR FOR $180. THE SIZE WAS TOO SMALL THEY WERE MISSING THE TIMBS LOGO. HORRIBLE THEY RESELL FAKW SHOES

I bought 2 pieces of Nike tracksuit from them, they sent me a fake product , wrong size, I sent an email to then and later return the product with 10 days, the deducted 27 from my refund and called it restocking fee, I have try to contact them , they never responded to my Messages.
They are fraudulent and scammers pls don't patronize them.

Charged me twice. It said there was a problem with transaction and it charged me twice. I'm calling emailing and nothing. The charge on my account came back as alco fashion. This came at the worst time. I was just trying to buy my son his school clothes. They really scammed me.

DONT BUY AT THIS PLACE IT WAS MY FIRST TIME AND DEFINITELY MY LAST.. This place is horrible , they sell counterfeit products and when I contacted them to cancel the order they cursed me out saying "I hate people like you, you people are [censored]n pain in my a*s"

This company has fraudulently connected itself to another fashion company and when I went to place my order the the fashionova website this other company "BillsOutlet.com" ended up collecting my credit card information. When i called to cancel and have my card refunded this man "Bill" was very rude and began cursing me and refused to cancel and refund my money, when i asked to speak to a supervisor he said "We don't have supervisors here" and then he hung up still refusing to return my money. Nor did I ever receive any product.

This company is a fraud they are fraudulently linking them selves to other businesses and stealing credit card information.

STAY AWAY from this scam! Ordered men’s Nike t - shirts. It took 2 months to arrive after my threats of canceling the order. Due to the delay I ended up ordering the same shirts from Nike. The shirts I finally received from Bills were obviously FAKE crap and cost only slightly less than the authentic from Nike. Going to try to return them but from other reviews they don’t issue refunds after you return it and not sure it’s worth the headache! Lesson learned!

I purchased some clothes from this website. And after my payment was accepted and taken from my account I received an email saying the items were out if stock and I would receive a refund. But my refund never came so im just out of almost 300 dollars. Its been about 4 months now I have sent several emails with no reply
