I attached the entire skype chat as a jsom file. The scammer "interviewed" me, offered a job, and asked for my demographics. They stated that they would send me equipment and a check to use for software from a specified vendor. I had googled some of the required software and learned that it was a scam.

We believe you have the required qualifications to undergo an online interview. ($35.00 per hour). Reply back with (YES I AM) If you are interested! We would like to schedule an interview with you right now if possible. The online interview will be conducted over "Microsoft Teams or Skype app on your smart phone or PC? You are required to invite the Interview Manager to chat.
