I ordered makeup online August 6, 2025. Never received a confirmation. Website said shipment would be in 3 business day. My credit card was charged on August 9, 2025. Sent 2 emails to their info site and no reply.

On January 11th, I performed an online search for a product (soda). This website was one of the top results for the search. Placed an order for the soda on January 11th. Got an email receipt for the amount being charged immediately. After a week and a half, I contacted them asking why I hadn’t received shipping confirmation yet but got no reply. This was when I realized the company was located in Viet Nam. On the website it shows them being located in the United States, but when I went to the contact us page, it shows them in Viet Nam. I then sent another email a week ago and, again, got no reply. I sent one last email today informing them of how I would be proceeding. I am contacting my credit card company and you guys with the ScamPulse.com

They use a website that tells you they ship from the United States, but after using PayPal the money goes to someone in Vietnam, after numerous attempts to contact the person,they never respond.

Business is not legit. Made order on line but no confirmation and phone listed in contacts is not valid. Unable to contact for refund
