Bastion Recruiting reaches out via text after any application. There is no known phone number that I or any of the companies that they work with could find either publicly or on file to get into contact with them. They promise a large amount of money with weekly pay which they will inform is somewhere around high $1400's and low $2000. They require you to get licensed for insurance in your state in order to proceed. My contact was infrequent with calls and when I called to inform of my license status the number I was given was disconnected. The company they claim to work for is Globe Life; however, upon calling corporate and talking with an HR rep it was revealed that this is a scam that frequently used as the number of phone calls increased during COVID to about 7-8 a day. She informed me that the company pay structure is hourly and that the job description I was given by Bastion Recruiting is not accurate.

The company promised a work from home job that paid 72,000 starting for only 20ish hours per week. I applied and then was scheduled for an interview. The interview was via zoom and all parties had cameras on and was not a pre recorded message. He ran me through the job details and everything seemed normal. I was reached out to again later that day to go in for a final interview. That was when I was informed I would have to take a hippa cert test that would be 80 dollars. THis posting came from craigslist
