Continues to move and steal from people

Anthony Barotti and his wife Tabatha Tharpe Barotti have judgements against them for taking money or deposits from clients and not completing the work in the contracts. He is moving from location to location. He was taken to court in Cloud County Kansas and the judge gave him time to pay the judgement but he left the area without paying . He owes years of back taxes on the property he purchased from a private person. The title company had complaints that he was very difficult to get ahold of and pay the title fees. They are constantly changing their social media accounts and using different alias or forms of their names. Once they take the deposit without doing the work they will block all contact with the client. Please do your research on these people and beware that they have done this to people in several states Kentucky and Kansas for certain.

Fixed problems in my home that were not problems, ordered incorrect parts, when asked questions about timeline, became incredibly emotionally reactive. Highly unprofessional, unskilled in some areas (good in others), but also didn’t complete the jobs I paid for.

Liars. He took my deposit and said windows have come in and he would come to install and never showed up and the phone number is no longer working. I called many window places and I couldn't find windows ordered for me.

Anthony Barotti took 3,000$ of my money without buying any supplies for a house remodeling. When I asked what it would take to end the contract he said he would see me in court. He lied about several things he would provide and did not buy any of the supplies.
