Avvenice Reports & Reviews (1)

Report

Order was placed and paid for on 10/26/26. Now a month later the item (sunglasses) has not shipped. Avvenice has said they are waiting a courier shipping confirmation update, but cannot provide the company used for shipping and is unable to provide a tracking number for the order, although they said it has shipped but cannot explain any tracking information. Now that I request a refund, Avvenice says they are waiting for tracking information and will not start a refund process. I have asked over 6 times to start the refund process and have contacted the administration email ([email protected]) but I was still told, they are waiting for tracking information.
