Purchased a Quilt on Dec. 3. Site was shout down on or around Dec. 15. The following is all you can get on the site: "Track Your Order

We are now temporarily closed to process and deliver all the previously placed orders before Christmas!

Our sincerest apologies this inconvenience."Tried tracking but it indicates that it can not be found. Sent email with no reply yet. I did receive the follow : "Your request (123459) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff in the next 24 business hours.

Our office hours are 8am - 6pm ICT, Monday - Friday.

AMELIA QUILT WAS RUNNNING ADS ON FACEBOOK FOR HANDMADE QUILTS... AFTER PAYING FOR 3 QUILTS HAVE HEARD NOTHING. WEBSITE SAYS THEY HAVE CLOSED... I SPENT OVER $150 AND NOW NOTHING... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU AHOULD SEE ANYMORE ADS

I ordered a quilt 12.03.18 thru Facebook ad for Amelia Quilt and paid thru PayPal. They also sold under Bella Quilt name. I became suspicious when there was no telephone contact info on email order confirmation, and the generic look of emails I received. Researched company which revealed multiple complaints on ScamPulse.com and consumer reporting sites of unfulfilled orders from Oct to Dec. Opened complaint in Paypal Resolution Center and received approval of refund 3 days later. Facebook did not vet this advertiser, so I will never purchase from a Facebook ad again.

This company advertised quilts for sale on Facebook. I purchased one as a Christmas gift and was assured I would receive it in time for Christmas. I received several emails from the business and now suddenly their website says they are shut down and no answer to my emails. This company is a FRAUD and buyer beware!

I ordered 2 quilts I recieved a email to check on tracking and when I clicked on it there was a error message. Then today I went to there website and it said it didnt have any information about orders for Christmas. Then I googled and saw ScamPulse.com about them. Luckily I went through PayPal and my credit card company will dispute charges

ordered a quilt as a Christmas gift and have never received. When I went to check its status the website said I had no order. Our PayPal account charged but no quilt to be seen and no shipping information provided. Upon researching more on the internet I found other sites describing this as a scam and more people who fell for it.

This company advertised home made quilts through Facebook. When you order you pay via credit card, PayPal, etc. They take the payment and never send the product and do not respond to emails.

Saw an ad on Facebook for a quilt company. Clicked on their site and ordered a quilt on 11/21/18 for $54.90 with shipping.

A day or 2 later they sent me an email with a discount code, which I used to order a 2nd quilt for $49.92.

The order confirmations said 5-7 business days to ship, but then I read where it would take longer because of high order volume due to upcoming holiday

Ordered a quilt from Amelia Quilt online after seeing multilpe posts on Facebook. After about a week checked on order and the company name was all of a sudden showing as Joyce Quilt, then Amelia Cotton, then text with link to order stopped working. Tried contacting the email address and never received a response.

I ordered 2 quilts from Amelia Quilt on November 21, 2018. I got an order confirmation email the following day saying I would be notified and provided with a tracking number when items were ready to be shipped. There had been no further communication from the company so I contacted company yesterday (with the only contact information provided, an email, ) inquiring about my order. I also asked for a contact phone number and their physical location. They replied and said I would receive a tracking number when my quilt’s are shipped but provided no contact information. This email was received from a different email address: Tania (Ecrafta) [email protected]. After researching the company and reading the numerous complaints similar to mine I believe this is a total scam.

I ordered a quilt on 11/21 and received email on 11/22 that order was being processed. Have received multiple emails since then trying to sell me other items, but no further information about the status of my order. I've emailed their customer service 4 times referencing my order number, but have received no response other than automated email saying they would review my inquiry within 24-hrs.

Paypal transaction shows seller as "Printabel Company Limited" with offices in Wales UK.

Seems like a scam.

Amelia Quilt and on Facebook. Ordered Nov.22. Received confirmation email. Couple days later and mail stating, "we make them by hand, so it will be 5 business days til we send your order." Then every other day received an email boasting their product, encouraging extra purchases, but nothing more about my order. I just this week sent them an email inquiring about my order and today I got an auto reply. Not the website doesn't even exist.

Please do not order anything from Amelia Quilt, they are a scam! Order placed for a Christmas gift for our daughter and the web site now does not exist, they also after placing the first order send coupon codes to buy other things, beware this is a scam company

I ordered 2 quilts from this company and they never shipped them. The email I received stated they were ScamPulse.com but are not. After numerous emails to contact them regarding my order and an invalid phone number for them I received an email stating they are scammers. Better hope I get my money back and I don’t find out who they really are!

I found this website on Facebook. I ordered the quilt on November 22, 2018. I paid online with a credit card. The money was taken off my card immediately I received a confirmation email saying that my order would be processed in 5-7 days and I would receive notification when it shipped. I didn’t hear anything back. I’ve been emailing every day for a week and have gotten no response back. I started researching and realized that they were using more than one business name. And there was no phone number to call. Only an email address.

I ordered a quilt from AmeliaQuilt.com on December 2, 2018. I received a confirmation email shortly after my order. I then received an email on December 10 saying that my quilt was ready for shipping:

I have good news - your quilt is finished!

I’ve just got the notification that the product is finished, and it is ready for shipment.

The usual course of action is that we wait for the courier to pick it up, and then it is in the process.

Due to the high peak season, your package will be arrived a little bit late than usual. I’ll send you an email with the tracking number from DHL when they ship it out.

DHL will be packed to ensure utmost security and problem prevention.

The time will pass by soon, and you’ll have your new quilt at your doorstep.
