Amelia Quilt Reports & Reviews (151)

Ordered this item (quilt) on November 6, 2018 from Facebook ad. The order was supposed to ship in 2-3 days. After a week of not hearing anything, I began emailing ([email protected]) to get an update. I sent 6 emails over several weeks, and never got a response. Sent a final email stating I was cancelling my order through Pay Pay, I immediately received this from someone on Dec.13 2018:

Sophia (Ecrafta)

Dec 13, 01:24 AKST

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out.

We'll produce as quickly as possible and send you soon. Please wait for receiving your order.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Best Regards,

Ecrafta Support Team.

I then asked for a tracking number and several days later received an email from Pay Pal with tracking info. It was a bogus tracking number with no carrier identified. Just processed a dispute with Pay Pal, hoping I get my $64.90 back!

Ordered quilt November 21. Funds were taken from my account. Waited 6weeks and never received item ordered. Company website is shut down and won’t return emails.

- Warnerville, NY, USA

Ordered a quilt 12/2. Received lots of cutesy following emails to get me to order more, which I declined. As of 12/30, still nothing. Went to company site, put in my order number from the email THEY sent in acknowledgement and was told "order not found." Have written to the company several times with no response.

We ordered a "hippie blanket"quilt from a facebook advertisement from Amelia Quilts. It was never delivered. The payment ended up being made through PayPal to a company called Printabel Company Limited with an address of [email protected]. Only after researching the company did we see all the other complaints that were very similar to ours.

PLEASE AT ALL COST AVOID THESE FOLKS!

I saw the images of these doxie quilts on FaceBook and fell in love. I just knew these would be perfect for my parents for Christmas who have 2 cutie pie doxies, Rudy & Buster. I ordered on their website and received confirmation quickly by email and was offered a discount to purchase more quilts. I have attached that image below. I knew it was a tight timeframe however when I ordered the site said it would make it for Christmas if I ordered that day. As it came closer to Christmas I went to the site to track my order and received something back saying it was on to the next step of it being processed. I came back a few days later and received the same reply. I followed with an email and received an email back apologizing for being misled into believing it would make it for Christmas but that they were sewing my quilts. I then went back to the site to track again and the site was shut down saying they were working hard to fill orders already placed.

I panic and emailed again and this is the reply...

"Thank you for reaching out. We are so sorry for the incident. We have a large amount of goods to be shipped at the end of the year, so we delivery your order later than usual. We will update you with the tracking as soon as possible. We apologize again for this inconvenience. Thank you for your patience. Best Regards, Ecrafta Support Team."

I then looked them up on the ScamPulse.com site and was hit with the reality of them being a SCAM!!!

My email in return was..."Please reply with a phone number or more helpful information. I have read about the ScamPulse.com and the issues report about your company. I so am hoping this is NOT true! These are Christmas gifts and I am not a well-off woman to throw money down the drain.?? I beg you to see the issue with this and reconsider the money removed from my account for the products I have not received. PLEASE HELP ME!!"

This is their reply..."Hi Nichole, Thank you for reaching out. Because all the item is being individually handmade carefully, so production is taking a little longer than usually. We will ship the order and update tracking ASAP. So sorry for this inconvenience. Best Regards,

Weirdo Stuff Support Team."

I guess the typos and spell errors should have been a red flag but, it just did not click for me. I should have used my PayPal account but did not, however, I am challenging the charge with my bank at this time since my debit card has a Visa option. Please don't make the same mistake I did. ScamPulse.com PLEASE SHUT THEM DOWN!!!!

Received 2 emails both stating they were being made but i do not believe them. Recently found lots of bad reviews and warnings tgat its a scam. Wish i had found them sooner, now im out over $100.

I ordered and paid for a quilt from this company on December 4th, 2018. It is January 7th, 2019 and I have not received the quilt or a refund. I have not heard from the company either after emailing other than an automatic response that tells me someone will look into my inquiry. NOT HAPPY.

Clicked an add to purchase quilts on facebook. Ordered what I thought was 2 quilts for total amount of 107.91 for Christmas. Never received my order. The website is no longer available and will not return emails.

- Minneapolis, MN, USA

This company had an add on Facebook prior to Christmas to purchase handmade quilts. I never received the quilt or follow-up requests for status information. I since found this link where over 300 people have placed reviews. 97% rated them 'bad'. They either didn't receive the product or received a very inferior product. Even though the website stated these quilts were handmade in Oregon, they were instead shipped from China. Again - most people didn't receive anything. And, those that did - received a cheap piece of fabric - not a quilt. I never received my product. Their website now says 'they are closed'. It appears that this company got as much money as they could prior to the holidays and now have closed up shop.

I ordered 3 quilts from this company ($180). I still had not received them after about 5 weeks so I went to the webpage to find a number to call and the webpage said that the site was shut down. There was no number to call. I sent emails with no response.

Ordered a quilt. Paid with PayPal. Got an email saying that the quilt was ready and they would send a tracking number. After a week of waiting. Checked their website and it was no longer in service.

I ordered 4 quilts from Ecrafta. Also known as Amelia-quilts and Emma cotton. They took my money and I have not received anything from them. I have tried multiple wto contact them but get nothing back. Now there website is gone. I am trying to get my money refunded through PayPal. It says one of the quilts shipped. The shipper has not updated their website since December 7, 2018, it is now December 27,2018. I have attached 1 picture but do have pictures of the others if needed.

I saw an ad from Amelia Quilts on Facebook and ordered a king size quilt as a Christmas gift for a total of $74.90. On December 10, I received and email stating that my quilt was ready and would be shipped via DHL, and they would notify me as soon as they had a tracking number. Today is December 22 and I have heard nothing from them. I sent an email asking where my quilt is, (there is no phone number listed anywhere, of course) and I received an automated email from "Ecrafta" that my request is being reviewed by their support staff. It gives office hours, but again no phone number so it's impossible to speak to someone. Unfortunately, I see that many other people are victims of these crooks. I filed a report and refund request with Paypal.

I ordered 4 quilts. The website and confirmation email seemed to be legitimate. My funds were received by them. The confirmation email said I would receive another email when it shipped. I contacted them via email and received a response that said my quilts were in production and they should ship in a few days. I have not received a response since.

I ordered two quilts for my children for Christmas on 12/4, the money was instantly taken via PayPal and I received an order confirmation email. That was the last communication I received. I decided to google the company today as I was gettin nervous about my package no coming in time for Christmas and sure enough I found countless other whom have had a similar experience. I filed a dispute with PayPal and will hopefully be refunded my money.

Thought I was ordering a quilt for my daughter. Paid and received an invoice. Looked legit. Recieved an email that the quilt was finished and should receive an email with tracking information soon and then nothing. The website says it is closed. Received nothing

I saw an ad for a beautiful quilts and I decided to order one for my aunt for Christmas. I was up for 20% off my first order. After that I ordered a second quilt 3 days later for my best friend. That was on November 29 and December 2. I still have not received my quotes by Christmas, and when I went online I saw that people were getting scammed and the ScamPulse.com is aware of it. I spent $90 and got nothing. I didn’t have anything to give to my aunt or my Friend. I tried going back to my receipt to look up my order, and when I click on my order it brings me to a page that is no longer found.

Went online to browse a specific themed quilt type, and found a link to this website on a link to a friends facebook account. Ordered, and paid through paypal, for a hiking quilt as a Christmas gift. Received a DHL tracking number a little over a week later that I kept an eye on. When I realized that it said "Processing Completed at Origin" I called DHS, who said that what I was seeing was an eCommerce shipment that didn't have any package associated with it and to call the company. Wasn't until then that I realized the company didn't have a phone number on their website. Sent a couple of emails. Went online today to continue my struggle and saw the article posted yesterday by the Statesman Journal, and the website no longer functional. Now I'm here, and frustrated.

Ordered a quilt for Christmas. Got various emails ([email protected]; [email protected]) saying item was being processed, never received. Payment was made through paypal to Printable Company Limited ([email protected]. Since I say an alert from ScamPulse.com saying this was a scam, I immediately filed a case with Paypal who is pursuing my claim.

Saw an ad for quilts on Facebook. Ordered three quilts. Received confirmation e-mails and progress e-mails but never received a package.
