I clicked a link on a Facebook ad for a dragon quilt and placed an order ($49.95+ $4.95 shipping = $54.90) on 12/5/2018

"Joyce Quilt" - [email protected] sent a confirmation email same day. Then I received a welcome email from "Amelia Quilt" - [email protected] a minute later. On December 6, 2018 I received another email from "Amelia Parker, Founder of AmeliaQuilt.com"

On December 8, 2018 I received an email saying my quilt was ready to ship ([email protected])

On December 30, 2018 I sent an email requesting status of my order and received a "your request is being processed" reply from [email protected]

January 2, 2019 I received a "thank you for your patience" email from Tania (Ecrafta) Ecrafta Support Team.

Another email on January 9, 2019 from: Mariah Garner (Ecrafta) ([email protected])

After sending another request for status I received another email saying my order will come soon - from Eric Crafta (Ecrafta)

I sent another email on April 6, 2019 to [email protected]. Received a failure notice from my email provider. Tried their website (emmacotton13.com) and, Hmmmm.....this page could not be found.

Major Bummer.

I ordered a quilt in November, from ad in Facebook. I've had multiple email exchanges indicating my order is on the way since January. The tracking info sent does not work, and the website is no longer valid. The quilt was $50.

I purchased two quilts from this company name back in November, but I never received them and the only email confirmation I received had bogus order numbers. Shipping email had bogus shipping information as well.

Advertised quilts for sale during Christm[censored]iday 2018. I purchased 2 quilts for $99.90 and never received any quilts. The website was closed shortly after purchase reportedly due to number of orders recieved and working to fulfill orders.

I ordered my quilt November 20th. This was to be a Christmas gift. I have been emailing them since December. Sometimes I get a message back but it is always the same story. This place is not trustworthy and should be shut down. Don't fall for this company which is a scam. They will also give you a tracking number along with a check list which includes Processing Order, Quality check, dispatched item...and then when it come to product delivered...nothing. They also said it would be delivered by DHL.....

Came across ad on Facebook back on Nov 21st and decided to purchase a quilt as a Christmas gift.

Paid $64.90 (shipping included)

Contacted their customers service numerous times and even was given a tracking #

3 months later found out online its a scam. Have reported to my credit card company and fraud investigation is opened.

I ordered a quilt from this company that was never delivered. I contacted the company, and 3 months later have yet to receive my quilt.

Clicked on ad from Facebook of a quilt during November, 2018 holiday season. I ordered a King size, fish-themed quilt, using PayPal. Rec'd email invoice and estimated shipping date, with email contact for any questions, [email protected]. Emailed them numerous times with their delayed to no responses. Finally, they replied with a tracking # and a link to DHL, but this was not a valid #. Sent another email and was given a different #, and when I entered that # the info pulled up with my name/address along with date order confirmed, date order processed, date quality check, date shipped (1-1-2019) but I have rec'd NOTHING! I have a screenshot of this info.Another time I checked the order, the website had shutdown. Another time, the message indicated they were taking no more orders due to the overwhelming response in orders.

When I complained of the extended time it was taking, I rec'd email reply the product was being made overseas so the order would take longer. This is not what the original website indicated. I was expecting 6 weeks, but as of today, 3 months later, nothing!

I have screen shots of my initial order and other website info. Facebook should be able to trace who paid for the ad! First time ever having an experience like this. I gave them plenty of time, not doubting they had rec'd a huge quantity of orders. When I emailed I would be reporting their noncompliance to my order, they still have not replied to me.

In late November 2018 I ordered two queen quilts for my children for Christmas after seeing a post of beautiful quilts on facebook (which has now disappeared). The FB page made it seem that the quilts were made in the USA (apparently they are small scrap materials from China). I went to the website, ordered my quilts, and received a confirmation. A week or so later, an email came saying my quilt was being made; then a week or so later another offering "special prices" on additional designs; then a few weeks, confirmation my quilt was done and would be shipped soon. When I went to check on the status of my order, I started to become suspicious because it said order not found; emails to CS came back from a different customer service address. I began to look on line and found out that this company is a scam, show pictures of quilts that are of a greater and different quality that what others have received. I sent a note telling them that I would not accept their shipment, and was contacting my credit card company to cancel the order, as at that time I had not received any product. When I got a "shipping notice" in January I replied that I was going to return the goods as "refused" - no response. Several emails were sent with request for delivery and read receipts - no "read" receipts ever came back. Now I have a call from my credit card company, saying the merchant is disputing the reversed charge, as they are showing proof of delivery. The credit card company is putting the charge back on my card, and I have to go through another claims process. I have proof from the postal company that I returned the goods as "Refused" but beyond the USPS tracking website showing as such, I have no clue where it was returned to. As far as I know, the product is somewhere floating out there. Their returns process is a joke - says to contact customer service. No CS has ever responded beyond automated replies, except once, to deny that their company was the one that the scam article was written about. The FB post made it seem quilts were from USA - they are not. package I received had 3 shipping labels (the last one had a DHL fulfillment address in Secaucus, NJ, so no clue where it really did originate from. The package weighed less than 5#, certainly not the weight one would expect of two queen size "Quilts". There are now many articles about this scam when you google Amelia Quilt Scam. As of February 20, 2018 the Amelia Quilt Website says they are still processing Christmas Orders, the only other tabs are "return policies", and the [email protected] email address. No phone number, no address, etc. I have no idea how this dispute will turn out, but I expect to lose about $119.00

On November 26, 2018, I ordered a Dragonfly Blanket to give to a person in recognition for service. Though I waited patiently for the several weeks, I did contact the email address and website to inform them I hadn't yet received the item. Someone would send a message something like, thank you for contacting us, your shipment is on the way. Then one of those times, I even got a tracking number. The tracking number said nothing about being shipped. I contacted the shipping company, DHL, but they told me I would have to pursue the issue with the company from which I ordered. No help there! I continued to contact ecrafta, and would get a response, but I needed the item for January 25. It never came. I have contacted my credit card, and they have refunded the money, plus they are pursuing the matter. Two months is a long time to wait for something to be delivered. Obviously since we are in the third month, I will be getting nothing. I have learned a lesson. I will not be ordering things from advertisements on Facebook, even if it seems like the perfect gift!

Ordered quilt on December 12, 2018. Received update that quilt was done and also that quilt was dispatched. Item never received and have not received any response to emails sent.

there is a website with a long description about how she got into the business of hand making quilts and about her life i ordered 2 quilts totaling about $120 in November without receiving anything only when i contacted pay pal to get my money back did i finally hear from the thief.Your order is on the way! in January i did receive my orders about 2 weeks apart cheap thin machine made fake quilts from china worth about $2 and course now that i want my refund i cant get a reply this is a total scam. I need help who knows how many people have been lied to and ripped off by this fake company amlia-quilt.com.

I eventually received my quits, but they were the wrong size. The company now states no refunds or exchanges.

I have 3 quilts I cannot use. I order a queen, it is the size of a full. I ordered 2 twin, they were the size of crib bedding.

Saw ad on Facebook feed for quilts for Christmas gifts. Ordered from company a twin size motorcycle quilt for 49.91 w a discount they supposedly was giving. I purchased back beginning of dec 2018. Still have yet to receive. Contacted them via email several times only to be given fake tracking numbers. I have filed dispute with my bank. They also made my purchase appear as it was done through PayPal and it was not..

I purchased two twin size blankets as a Christmas gift for a nurse and for a police officer on November 18th. On January 16th I finally received one of the blankets however it was a baby blanket now a twin size. To date I still have not received the police officer blanket. I filed a report on PayPal and the company advised PayPal with tracking for one of the blankets that I did receive and PayPal closed my case and I have not received a refund on my account. I’m willing to return the tiny blanket for a full refund but I have no way of contacting the company.

I ordered two twin-sized quilts (dachshund dogs) first week of December 2018. Paid for them using my Visa card. Got 4 emails each saying they were ready, ready for shipping and some other nonsense. First week of January 2019 I sent them an email requesting an update. Within a few days I received an email saying their team would look into it in the next 24 hrs. and a DHL tracking number that was never updated past Jan. 9, 2019.

I "asked a question" on DHL site and was given a Customer Service number.

I am especially upset because they have kept me going with emails and then with what is probably some kind of other scam using DHL, and for over a month and a half !!! :(

I ordered 2 quilts from Amelia Quilt on 11/27/18- they were to be Christmas gifts and per advertisement- would be there by Christmas. On 12/10/18- I received an email that my order was complete "due to the high peak season, your package will arrived a little bit late than usual. I'll send you an email with the tracking number from DHL when they ship it out. On 12/23/18 I requested tracking info as it had yet to be provided. On 12/24/18 I received a response "Thank you for reaching out. We are so sorry for the incident. We have a large amount of goods to be shipped out at the end of the year, so we delivery your order later than usual. We will update you with the tracking as soon as possible." Once again, no tracking provided. I reached back out on 01/01/19 requesting tracking- stating I had 2 very disappointed recipients and that Christmas delivery was promised. It had been 22 days since the order was completed. If tracking info was not provided, I will cancel order and file fraudulent charge. On 01/01/19 I received a an email "Thank you for reaching out, your package is in transit, you can keep track here ": ***" Your package is being transited oversea, that's why it does not show any update on the website. Once the parcel reaches your country, information will be updated."

Their grammar is off- after researching online- it appears they are known scammers. I went onto their website today- it states "We are now temporarily closed to process and deliver all the previously placed orders before Christmas! Our sincerest apologies this inconvenience." I tried to track my order via Order # and Tracking # with my email, just for it to show "ameliaquilt.com says Order not Found."

I have emailed today requesting full refund. I also filed a compliant with PayPal as well as The FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (https://www.ic3.gov/)

I ordered a quilt from this company several weeks ago and it never came. I first contacted the company and the emailed me back that it was being prepared for shipping but i still never received it.
