The website is very busy and appears to be a complicated government site. I saw the $1.00 debit on 7/10/2025. The next deduction of $19.00 was taken on 7/11/2025, After that was $20.00 on 7/14/2025 and then, $20.00 on 7/29/2025.

I notified my bank about the fraud.

I thought I was at a city government website looking up my mother's property records. They charged $1.00 for the report then they started charging my credit card monthly $30.00 and said I signed up for their service. I NEVER signed up for any service and did not give them permission to charge my card on a monthly basis. They pretended to be the county office for property search and not a third-party site. They are scammers.

When looking for a Title Company to check my info. I clicked on this company and they offered a property report for $1. I paid it and was sent a report. When reading the report I found that someone was taking building permits out on my property and claiming to do work. I have never used them and want to find out what is going on.

 Credit card number that was inputted was initially denied After the second attempted the web site reported credit card error. I called the company and they asked me to call credit card company to authorize the small charge. I instead called my credit card company and they reported several unauthorized charges on my account. I had to cancel and obtain a new credit card due to the fraud . Essentially they site stole my credit card number.
