The scammer claimed to work at Alderstone Litigations in California. The only website for a law firm named Alderstone was in Scotland, and the phone number has an area code for Long Island. They have my name, address and ssn, all of which are on the dark web according to ******. They claimed that I owed them $8,000.00 for an old debt. They know enough about law to know what a tolling agreement is, but I don't remember signing one ever, and they wouldn't provide any details or evidence. When I asked questions, they made threats and hung up.
