Our motel manager at *** *** *** in Whitecourt, Alberta was contacted by someone by phone and was offered samples of cleaning supplies. The manager told the caller that all products of that nature were ordered by his head office and he did not want any. A few weeks later a courier arrived with a box of cleaning supplies. The manager refused to sign for or accept the shipment. Not long after that, he received an invoice for the supplies. I have tried to contact the company by phone and the line goes dead after about 5 rings. I've sent an email but haven't had a response. I've googled the address, but they seem to be using a UPS outlet. In my google search, I've found other people complaining of the same issue of being promised free samples, then getting a large invoice.
