I was charged for a service I never received from a company in La Crosse, VA. I called the number (888) 269-4978 to inquire about a service. The person on the phone was very pushy and insisted I needed to pay immediately to secure an appointment. I provided my card details over the phone because they said it was the only way to book. After the charge went through, they said someone would call me back to schedule. No one ever called. I tried calling the number back multiple times and it either rings endlessly or goes to a generic voicemail that is full. I never got the service I paid for and now I can't get a refund or even speak to a real person. It feels like I was just scammed out of my money.
