They called and asked for my sister-who has never used my phone number as far as I know. It is a cell number through the government. I couldn't understand the man talking that good********* Then a recording came on saying to call this number (866) 804-3398. Definitely a scam and a total waste of my time! Please disconnect this number or do whatever you can to block them permanently. Thanks.***
