I ordered a pair of socks at £15.95 + £3.95 p&p. The check out was not straight forward, asking to add other items and no clear confirm order button. No order number given. I checked with my bank and for two items I was charged a total of £86.35. Their phone number given to me by my bank came up as "possible scam alert".

I on 30/3/24 place an order for 1 pack of patches and they offered another deal too which I didn't want .I scrolled down to payment and they took 2x payments from my bank. I am old, I don't have money to waste. They are so sneaky. I'm so dissatisfied. My bank can't help they say I must contact the supplier. I didn't recieve a order number at all and cannot edit, change or cancel the order without order number!

I ordered from the website which was very confusing

I ordered one box of wellnee patches for 14.91

Paid with paypal

When I got the receipt it was for 53.91

They just automatically added 2 more boxes so they charged 38.91 for 2 boxes and 14.90 for the one box

I contacted them right away and

then got an email saying it has shipped . so I ordered on march 3 and it shipped march 4 th , that’s a little hard to believe

The complaints on facebook commenting is about the same

Them taking money from peoples accounts and not receiving the product

Also the company is managed in lithuania
