Purchased a dress that the site said would ship in 5-7 days.

Attempted to cancel the order after 3 weeks, was told it could not be canceled. Received a dress 4 weeks after purchase date.

Quality is no where near what is photographed on their site.

Contacted them for return, was told I could receive a store credit or 20% refund.

Still attempting to return the item for a refund without success. Their website states item are eligible for full refund within 30 days of delivery.

I ordered shoes from Preston Hayes. Prior to ordering, I emailed (as there was no phone #), and I asked when they would arrive. I was told no later than 9/1. However, the shoes are allegedly coming (if they are really coming) from overseas and who knows when and whether they will be received. Customer Service has no phone # and only responds with saying for me to track the order.

Preston Hayes is a fraudulent clothing website. Do not order anything from that company. They will not refund me my money after ordering what I thought was linen dresses. No tags on the clothing when they arrived in the packaging and it was definitely not linen.

I ordered a breathable knit on 7.5.26 from a supposedly American company. On 7/24 I recieved the item from China. The item was not what i ordered and completely incorrect from the description. I reached out the day I got the item for a return label and refund due to it not being what I ordered. The customer service rep offered me 20% off to keep the item. I declined and told her no and asked for return instructions. She came back with 40% refund offer which I declined and asked for return instructions. She now is back to the 20% refund and wont give me the instructions to return. THIS IS A JOKE.

On July 12th I ordered a top from a company that was called Preston Hayes out of New York. I ask them if it could be delivered by July 22nd. They set the top would be shipped out right away. Today is the 27th of July and I still don't have it. I tried to cancel the order a couple times and they said it was too late. Today I got an email from them that said my order headband delayed. This isn't even a legitimate company, and I am never gonna get that top. At this point I do not want it at all. I want is my money back as I am on a limited income and I am seventy six years old. I try to report it to the Better Businessman's Bureau but because it's not a legitimate company, I couldn't do so.

I ordered 3 Kyoto Men's Lightweight Linen Cotton Japanese Style Shirts in different colors. After a long delivery time, I received 3 shirts CLEARLY not the Large I ordered. I say "clearly" because all the labels inside the shirts were cut off...nothing saying Preston Hayes and nothing indicating the size. And this disappointing package arrived nearly 2 full weeks after ordering.

I have attempted to contact Preston Hayes Sales for the past week without receiving a response. At this point, I'm $150 into 3 too-small shirts with no recourse and no refund.

ABSOULTELY ABSURD purchasing experience. I consider this a SCAM SITE based on how I've been treated.
