I ordered and paid for a pet sofa cover, and I never received the item. I received an email saying it was shipped, but I never received any further information concerning shipment. The only contact information was their email: [email protected]. I sent multiple emails requesting information on my order, and I have never received a response.

Ordered two couch cushions for pets in April 2026. It is now September 2026 and has never been received. Emails just reply that it has been shipped. I have requested refund but they said they will request a refund from their refund department but then never reply

Facebook advertisement for dog beds - ordered 3/14/2026 for $96.80, to date as of 6/20/2026 I have not received the item I ordered, communication to the seller has only been via email and the order tracking info sent to me is in Chinese, which I cannot read. No phone number, address or any other contact info available on their email communication except a support email; [email protected], order number is FF728835S.

90 days out. I have reached out every month asking for an update and then they send email stating its still on the way. They repeat this email each time i have reached out. Nothing new. Broken tracking number.

I found the advertisement on Facebook. It seemed to have good reviews. And this wasn't the first time I have ordered something from an advertisement online. I ordered the product, my card was charged, and no product was delivered. When I first emailed their support, they wouldn't offer a full refund and said there was a delay to shipping. Then I sent multiple emails every few days, which went unanswered. Finally, I was sent an email saying my original emails were lost. The emails are either unhelpful or go unanswered and I still haven't found a way to contact someone via phone.

I ordered a blanket on September 7th. As of November 3rd, I have not received it. Tracking links do not work and customer support is not helpful. I suspect fraud. Either this company does not exist or they knowingly accepted an order that they knew they could not deliver due to inventory or logistic challenges. The blanket should not have been for sale. Truly believe I have been stolen from.

I ordered a dog bed from their website, never received my order, and got the runaround from their “customer service” as many others have described on TrustPilot, a reviews website. Their ‘tracking’ from a Chinese delivery company claims that a package was delivered at 3:22AM to my residence - no consumer delivery company operates at that time. After asking their “customer service” about this, they insisted it was delivered on a specific day at 6:00PM - I have a video doorbell and of course, that corroborates the fact that the bed I ordered was never delivered. Attempts to obtain a refund have been met with silence and avoidance of emails.
