I found the advertisement on Facebook. It seemed to have good reviews. And this wasn't the first time I have ordered something from an advertisement online. I ordered the product, my card was charged, and no product was delivered. When I first emailed their support, they wouldn't offer a full refund and said there was a delay to shipping. Then I sent multiple emails every few days, which went unanswered. Finally, I was sent an email saying my original emails were lost. The emails are either unhelpful or go unanswered and I still haven't found a way to contact someone via phone.

I ordered a blanket on September 7th. As of November 3rd, I have not received it. Tracking links do not work and customer support is not helpful. I suspect fraud. Either this company does not exist or they knowingly accepted an order that they knew they could not deliver due to inventory or logistic challenges. The blanket should not have been for sale. Truly believe I have been stolen from.

I ordered a dog bed from their website, never received my order, and got the runaround from their “customer service” as many others have described on TrustPilot, a reviews website. Their ‘tracking’ from a Chinese delivery company claims that a package was delivered at 3:22AM to my residence - no consumer delivery company operates at that time. After asking their “customer service” about this, they insisted it was delivered on a specific day at 6:00PM - I have a video doorbell and of course, that corroborates the fact that the bed I ordered was never delivered. Attempts to obtain a refund have been met with silence and avoidance of emails.
