Received a statement from this company showing an amount due of $1,866.00, for six visits to my husband in a skilled nursing facility. The line item description for each date is "Nursing Facility Subsq Visit". He was in a facility on the dates listed. All physical therapy and pain management is performed by facility staff. I called them to confirm this and they said they had never heard of this company, and if they had made these visits it would have been only on my or my husbands request, which we most certainly did no do. I called them on October 7, got a machine and left a message. Have not received a call back
