I deposited money in order to be able to withdraw my winnings. I had accrued almost $2000 and tried to withdraw and was told I had to upgrade my VIP status. I checked all of their terms of service and FAQs. According to them, I had met all of their withdrawal requirements. I reached out to support about this problem and have heard nothing back, despite multiple attempts.
