They are scammers.

They use AI to trace your data down online which provides phone number, name, address, past services, and much more. With the data they gather from online from there AI system, they will generate a fake dept collector text message to either phish more information from you or get you to pay a non-existing bill. Block their number!

Station that I have an outstanding debt with Express Scripts. (I do not) I checked the site and I owe nothing. The scammers sent me a text from 717-305-6513. They must have hacked into Express Scripts system and stole people identity. See photos for full message.

I see this number was reported in 2018, and I'm getting scams from them in 2025. I guess it does no good to report these scams, since no one does anything about it.

You're 100 percent right. Reporting scams is a complete waste of time. No government agency will spend the resources to shut these [censored] down, and the very very few that every get caught just get a slap on the wrist and go right back to ripping people off. Crime obviously does pay!

I get people pretending to be banks & credit cards (this year it's Citibank) every October. Always after kids get busy in school and before holidays start. Today, I blocked someone claiming I owed $ 1814.00 from 04/28/2018.

Only the phone number and vague text showed. I did not open it. 717-305-6513.

Area code 717 didn't offer much online. Online site said Pennsylvania. Then Robokiller showed people complaining about the scam.
