I repeatedly get notices from this company requesting that I contact them via web site. I also received a letter stating that they had closed my account because they suspected it was fraudulent. They continue to send notices requesting I update my information so that the fees can be deducted from my bank accounts. I don’t want to go online and give them any information. I’ve attempted to call but they won’t talk over the phone. I’ve never had an account with these people and I don’t plan to ever open an account with them. All they now have is my name and physical address.
