I bought a software license from this company, Yennen, on their website Yennen.com. I used my credit card and their website indicated that the transaction was completed. I received a confirmation email from them. But, they did not deliver the software key or the download information. When I contacted the merchant they accused me of being a scammer and used foul language (which I did not). When I contacted the bank that issues the credit card used, they told me that the purchase transaction had posted and a credit had also posted. So, I didn't lose any money, but, the company (which I now distrust) has my credit card information. I canceled the card.
