I purchased two Sparkforce twinkle 50,000,000 safeguard rings with the advertisement showing in picture and a small video of self defense through the capability of electric shock; essentially a taser ring. What I received are plain metal alloy rings with no ability to shock at all. As per the advertisement, these rings are suppose to come with proper packaging, a holding case, charging cables, ability for the ring to be turned on and off, ability for the ring to be charged, and the ability for the ring to provide a shock when pressure is applied. None of what is mentioned above is capable of what I received. I only received two plain metal alloy rings with prongs on the front similar to cat ears in a plain clear cellophane bag. No packaging, no instructions, no cables, no holding case, no ability for it to be charged or have an on/off button, and no ability for it to provide a shock, as is the main advertised feature. I received essentially a prop of what I ordered. I have emailed the company with them sending a canned response of stating they cannot honor a return or refund. I have also put in a claim with PayPal which is currently in an appeal dispute. The dispute for this item is under the name lovelivingchic on PayPal with the email lovelivingchic.com. I’m not sure why my invoice name I was sent through email on the purchase date is different from what the invoice name is on PayPal. I 100% got scammed and the company is only giving canned responses stating I received the right item and they can do nothing else, which is blatantly untrue.
