I ordered a Marley Naturals Bubbler pipe from Wickie Pipes. I received the item and found that the wood stem of the pipe was cracked at both ends, one crack on one end, three on this other. The item is broken and will not stand up over time. I have called and emailed multiple times in the last week with no answer and no response to my emails with photos of the damaged stem. I finally looked up a Yelp review of the company and in the last year all the reviews were one-star reviews with frequent complaints that they are a scammer company and don't answer calls or emails. I at least wanted to report them since I clearly will not get any satisfaction from the company. I have written to Marley Naturals directly for help to replace the cracked stem. Who knows--maybe WP will come through.
