This company is a scam and I fell for it. I ordered the waist wrap on a sale a few weeks ago and it has not shipped yet. It said it takes 1-2 weeks to ship but it was been over a month at this time and is still marked as ready to ship. I reached out asking to cancel and receive a refund since I don’t need it anymore and the reviews were saying it was a scam and not like the ad at all. They told me I would have to return it to get my money back but it’s not shipping. I asked for at least a return label and they wouldn’t even do that. I need my money back and I’m struggling to get any answer. Now I have to dispute this charge with my bank because this company has not gotten it together. DO NOT BUY
