I ordered two garments from a company that claimed to be a boutique in Denver, CO; however, all the goods shipped from China and there is no boutique in Denver. The two items were of deplorable quality (sizes were way off, they were not as described in the marketing, etc.). The only way I can return them is to pay for shipping back to China myself - they were going to charge me a restock fee of $20 per item, but agreed to waive this charge as a "show of goodwill" (their words). They also offered me a store credit of 30% if I wanted to keep the items.
