I bought a hair topper expecting real human hair. When product was received, hair was shiny and looked like Barbie doll hair super fake and felt like plastic. Nothing like it was described. When I asked for a return they said it would be expensive to send back but they would offer me a 30% refund. I should not have to pay for shipping when the product does not match the description.
