I went to order a ring for my husband and placed the order on March 5th. I never received confirmation on my order i placed. I reached out to them and was given a tracking number that has not been updated since the label was made. I was told to give it some time because sometimes the tracking doesn’t get updated immediately. It’s been a week. Still no update. Still no product.
