Received a call from 408 254 4900 stating from V tech Solutions on 9/14/2020 stating to call Alex Thomas at 217 441 7250 stating there would be a charge for $399 and to call within 24 hours to cancel. I do not subscribe to them and have no idea what they are talking about. I decided to block the caller. SCAM!

We received a voice message from a company (blocked # 725-209-0350) called "V Tech Solutions" telling us we are going to have a charge of $399.00 added to our account. If we wanted to cancel or receive a refund, We needed to notify them within 48 hours of the phone call by calling “1-208-310-8815" to cancel. The message was left by someone named Steven Nelson who claimed to be the Customer Service Manager.

I received several pre recorded calls from someone saying my anti virus program was expiring and it would be continued unless i called to stop it. i thought it was scam and ignored them until they called and said they had charged me $399 and that i had 48 hours to cancel and get a refund. i called for the refund and was filling out a form online for the refund. i made the mistake of being convinced that i should let them safely remove the software.
when i typed in the number for the refund the decimal did not type. i tried to correct the number but it was locked in. then i got a notification on my screen that the money had been transferred to my checking account, even though i had not given him my ss# or account number. the man told me i had to go to the bank and return his money or he would lose his job and i would get in trouble etc etc. i asked for proof this wasn't a scam and he suggested i check my account balance online. when i did that the extra money was in my account, so i believed i had taken thousands that were not mine and went to the bank. the caller was controlling and rude. felt guilty for the mistake i thoso i went along with him until i had had enough. the bank told me the transfer had not cleared and locked my account. i told the man that and hung up on him. he kept calling and i didnt answer. the next day when i checked my balance it was back to what it had been before, no extra money. had i found a way to draw out my own money to cover my mistake, their transfer would never had cleared and i would have been out tens of thousands of dollars.

I received 2 calls 1. from Dennis Wilson 208/464-7437 & 2. from Lucifer Smith 661/228-7300 stating that I needed to return a call within 48 hours or I would be charged $399.00. I returned their call and they proceeded me to get in front of my computer and I realized it was a scam when they said I had to down load their company in order for them to gain control of my computer. I told them not to call me again, I shut off my computer and hung up.

A Mr. Brian Johnson called my phone claiming that he would charge me 399.00 if I did not call back in 24 hours to cancel . I do not know the man or the company. I have ordered nothing from them.

I had a robot message on my answering machine saying that Account 9W610EZ was going to be charged $399 for a Vtech antivirus subscription. The number to call was 1-405-300-4733. I called to see what it was about and the person on the line told me I have a sweet voice (I was DEFINITELY using my most nasal "CanISpeakToYourManager" voice) and kept trying to get me in front of my computer. I asked him if he could verify the email the notice would have been sent to and he said he could not. I did a google search and this scam reporting popped up ... so I told him I found the scam site and would check my email and (maybe) call him back.

I received a message that a business called VTech Solutions is verifying my purchase of Anti Virus at 399.00 and if I didn't get back to them within 24 hours they would charge me. The phone number left on the machine did not match the phone number on my phone. I looked them both up. The number left on the machine had no identifying name. The number on my phone matched with a 78-year-old woman in a neighboring city. I don't know if I should reach out to this woman. I see this is a scam and wanted to report it.

Caller from V Tech Solutions left voice message regarding my credit card would charged $399.00 if I did not return their phone call within 48 hours to Ryan Johnson at 231 559 0095. I have never heard of this company nor used their services. The voice mail was intimidating tone. I believe that is truly a scam.

Message left on my home phone answering machine from V Tech Solutions saying I would be charged $399 for anti virus renewal in 24 hours. If I wanted to cancel or receive a refund I should call 1-203-864-9604 with in 48 hours. Caller's name, Alex Robert, Customer Relations Manager. I do not subscribe to this company's anti virus software.

Like all the other reports on this “company”, David Thompson, customer relations manager, left a message that I would be charged $399 to renew an anti virus program. I had 48 hrs to call the number if I wanted to cancel. I did not return the call. Again, the return number was different than the one that showed up on my caller ID. I don’t know if this means anything, but when I listened to the message it began... 610EZ.

They left a message on my 98 year old mother in law's phone today saying they were going to renew an antiviral program for her computer at $399.00 and she should call within 24 hours to stop the charge. The number they left on the answering machine did not have enough digits and no number on the caller id came anywhere near that.

I received a call today from 317-263-2675. when I picked up the line it was an automated message saying that a 399.00 charge would taken from my debit card for services they previously given and it's time for renewal. I have never heard of this company and have never had any services performed by them. I've noticed this number on my caller previous to today but had never picked up as I wasn't sure who it was. I hope whomever this is gets caught and stopped as there maybe senior citizens or others that may just fall for this sick scam.

Received a phone call Daniel Parker, ****. He left a message that I was going to be charged $399.00 within 24 hours for Anti-Virus software. I must call 203-544-4142 and ask to cancel and ask for a refund within 24 hours or be charged for the software. I never heard of the software, so I called him, expecting it to be a scam. He answered and ask me to open up Chrome and bring up "quickk.support". I acted like I was doing it, then told him I was not and it was a scam. He cursed at me and I hung up. I then proceeded to block all numbers associated with him. The app he wanted me to bring up was a remote software program to hack into my computer. I wasn't falling for that. Hopefully, he will not be able to charge me for the software that I am not using.

A voicemail was left informing me that I have been charged $399 to renew a 1 year subscription to Vtech solutions antivirus. I will need to call 203-441-1860 or cancel within 48 hours from Jeff Morgan, manager. I have never subscribed to this company for anything.
