I ordered keto supplemental and was told that the payment was $69.99. I was later charged two payments on my card. One payment of 59.99 and the other payment of 129.99. I immediately requested a refund and given a refund of 65.00. I was told that my product would be received on Wednesday, February 28, 2024. I did not receive the product. On February 29,th 2024 I received a text stating a package was on hold and that I would have to give my credit card number. The text provided a link to the USPS and when I inputted my information it asked me to re submit my credit card number. I contacted the post office and was notified by a recording that this tracking number was a scam. I had to cancel three credit cards.

I contacted PROTON KETO and was told that the package had been delivered. I have yet to receive a package. They gave me a tracking number stating that a package was delivered to Perris, Ca. The post office does not have the package. PROTON KETO is refusing to refund.

Supposedly USPS sent me a message that they were unable to deliver my package because they had the wrong address. They needed my full address and name again and said that the redelivery charge would be just $.30. But they asked me to pay with a credit card. Then I googled the situation with the USPS and I found that the USPS never charges redelivery charge, and I realized that someone was just trying to get some personal information along with my credit card information. I have visited the post office and they told me it was a scam.

Scammer pretended they worked for the United States Postal Service & had a package for me with an incomplete address. To complete delivery, I needed to provide information by accessing a link using my phones web browser.

I believe this is a scam in which someone posing as USPS elicits victims to go to a false website, as though to confirm personal information to recover a package. I did not follow the link

The scammer was saying my package was at a USPS Warehouse with no address and that I need Text & send Y; reopen the text activation link; or copy the link in my browser to get the latest logistics status. Ended the message with … The US Postal team wishes you a wonderful day! (* I personally noted in the email address used where the message was coming from in the text was the word “postaul.com” (postal) was misspelled , but not even there e-mail address which USPS should not be contacting me anyway for my address, it would be returned to the sender.

originally found on instagram. misrepresented themselves as Kate Spade handbags. paid 27.95. tracking number *************. order id # **************** Said package was delivered, which it was not. I sent an email for the carrier name of the tracking number and never rec'd an answer.

Change of address. I tried to forward my mail from our old residence to our new one. I thought I was on the USPS website, but apparently I was not. I was charged $179.95 on my credit card. It was charged by UPDATEOFUSMAILONLINE. I was expecting the charge of $1.00 from USPS. I never received a confirmation email from USPS. Please read carefully before you click send! Now I must report this and receive a new credit card😒

I ordered Willow Tree figurines and never received the product. I opened two claims with my credit card company and they contacted the shipping company that said they shipped it to me and I received it. However, I did not receive anything. When attempting to contact the company that charged my card it was clothing not figurines. This is not a real company and I am not sure the shipping place is real due to the fact that they say they delivered it but I did not receive anything. Thank you.

Hallie's Cabinet had an ad on Facebook Marketplace for an online liquor store. On January 5, 2024, I placed an order for $64 for 1 bottle using Apple Pay. An email confirmation was sent to me with an order number and plan for shipping. I have sent emails asking for an update on my order and there have been no replies. The website is now taken down.
