I placed an order on the Pachtaxite website back in October and I was told my package would be send out. I didn't receive my package so I reached out to the Pachtaxite company and I was told my package was stolen in the transportation process. The Pachtaxite company agreed to resend my package within 15 days and again my package was lost or stolen. I reached out to Pachtaxite company again and I was told they couldn't do anything and that they were going to file a complaint against the courrier but they refused to send my money back. Please don't purchase anything from this Pachtaxite website, they will take your money and you'll be left with no money and no package. Since enduring this awful experience I now refuse to purchase anything online.

This is a scam website! I should have researched it and I would have known it. There are hundreds of reviews that all say exactly the same thing. My experience is no different. After I placed my order I was given a tracking number to a fake tracking service. Over a month later I started emailing them because I had received my order. A couple of weeks later I check the tracking service and it says my package was delivered. But it’s nowhere to be found. I contact them again and they offer to resend my order and rush it. Ten days I should have it. Again I get a tracking number and a link to a tracking service- ten days later I check tracking and it says delivered- again no package- I contact them again and they are so sorry- then they say the can give me a 70% refund. That I am still waiting on. Along with every other person that wrote a review! They need to be stopped! I hope you can help.
