My husband and I both received a text message from a scam claiming to be USPS. We were told there was issues with a package and we needed to update our address. My husband had clicked on the link, and it looked just like the change of address page from USPS. It was very convincing, but we did not have a package we were waiting for and we had not moved.

On December 28, 2023 I was looking for a part for my truck. I located one on their website, called them to verify the part would fit my truck, and they called back with the correct part number for the truck part I needed. I was still in the fence so I did not order right away, I wanted to shop around.

On December 29, 2023 I received an email from Victor asking me why did I not order the part yet and was there anything he could do to help. I confirmed with him whether or not I had the correct part number before ordering. He confirmed and I placed my order. I also paid an extra $8.41 to have the product delivered by January 1, 2024 because that was the multiple options listed on the website. Never heard anything else from Victor or anyone at the company after placing an order.

When January 1, 2024 came, I waited for the packing and tried to track the package but there was no tracking number. I reached out to support via email @ [email protected] and also to Victor @ [email protected] but received no response from either party. So I decided to wait, and give them a chance to contact me or wait for the package to be delivered, nothing happened.

On January 2, 2024 I woke up and immediately contacted advanced truck parts @ +1 (877) 795-0656. The first 2 times I tried my call it was immediately disconnected. The next time I called I had to call anonymous and that was the only way I was able to get connected.

The first person I spoke with was a very rude lady named Anastasia. She informed me that her “manager” told her to say “the part has shipped and that is all the information we have”, so I asked for a tracking number and she says “oh we do not have a tracking number, there is just a note here to tell you that the part has already shipped and you should receive it soon”. At that point I asked to speak with her manager, she refused “oh I cannot do that, only thing I can do is try to give him your number and he might call you back. So I asked for her name and to be transferred to someone else because she obviously cannot help me.

I was then transferred to Victor, who knew absolutely nothing. He asked for my order number again and repeated the same thing Anastasia said, as if they were reading from a script. I informed him of my situation and he says “oh yeah we received your emails when you asked for a refund, if you don’t need the part anymore we can cancel the order”. So I asked, if the order has already been shipped like y’all claim how can you cancel an order. I then informed him that I was requesting a refund for the expedited shipping I paid for and did not receive. His response was “oh well you should have known you would not get it then that was new years”, I responded by saying sir that was the option y’all had listed on your website not something I requested, if that was the case do not advertise that date”. I then asked for my tracking number, he was unable to retrieve it and “would have to call me back in 5 minutes after he gets a better understanding of what is going on”. 30 minutes later I still have not received a call back or update, yet they sent an email claiming to have issued a refund for my $9 shipping. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and left reviews because this company is a scam. And upon leaving reviews I noticed they had company employees leaving fake reviews also.

Please look more into this company because I am sure I am not the only person. Their in NC **** **

I searched online for a fig tree to buy my daughter for Christmas. I found one from Brighterblooms.com that described a tree exactly like what she was looking for. I ordered it on December 17, 2023. They charged me the same day and the receipt said it would be shipped December 18, 2023. It wasn’t shipped. I emailed them and asked them why it wasn’t shipped. They emailed back and said they were sorry and it would be shipped December 22, 2023. It wasn’t shipped. I emailed them again and asked why it still wasn’t shipped. They said they weren’t shipping it until March 31, 2024 even though they charged me for it. I didn’t get a refund until I threatened to report them to my bank for fraud.

The text stated that a package arrived for me at the USPS and they need my complete address to deliver. I am to confirm address by clicking link '************************' which I did not do. I can not confirm what country the text originated from.

I was busy and thought that one of my packages was lost anyway and coincidentally USPS text me an update about a package so I thought they were related so I put in my credit card number for either eight cents or $.30 something like that to have it redelivered so now I’m worried that my information is being sold as a scam

I ordered 2 pairs of Hoka shoes through their Facebook ad for a total of $69.90 on 11/2/23. They debited my account on 11/3/23. I emailed several times and someone named James replied telling me to be patient because they were coming from Hong Kong. The ad said shipping in 24 hours. It’s been 7 weeks. Order # was *****************. I never got the shoes.

I receive a text called “UPS alert.” It directed me to what I thought was the ups website (ups.com). Here it requested all of my personal information including a $1.50 “redelivery fee” for redelivering a package that had “failed attempt to deliver.” I was encouraged to complete the online form quickly so my package could be redelivered before Christmas.

We receives confirmation number. Payment was made before delivery. About 3 days after the order, we suspected a scam. We attempted to cancel order which the company refused. They have changed url for the company. We have a teacking number, but every time I try to check it, we get the same message with an updated date. Your package was received by a shipping partner, further information eill be provided when USPS gets the package. We ordered 2 youth NFL football jerseys.

A beautiful, black yamaha upright piano was listed on Facebook marketplace for free out of Boston, saying that delivery is available. When I reached out, the “sister” of the seller replied and told me that her sister was giving away her deceased husband’s piano because she was moving to Canada. She instructed me to contact her sister through email, which I did, after making sure that delivery would be available to our location. I was told that the piano was in the hands of the moving company and that all we would need to do is to pay for shipping which would be “minimal”. Shipping ended up being $450 as the cheapest option (5-7 days) and Jesenia Wolfe (the owner of the piano). I wrote back to say that this would be too much money for our family and to please gift the piano to another lucky family. She wrote back that she already gave them $100, so it would only be $350. I chatted the moving company and they immediately asked for our full names, cell phone numbers, and address. I asked them to give me a call, but they wouldn’t call me and I had to call them. I’m afraid I did give them my name, address, and phone number over the phone, but felt something was fishy before payment. I’m so glad I brought my husband into it and while I had the scammer on hold, we looked more into the moving company and discovered that the address they claim doesn’t exist, and my husband found these reviews. I’m so glad we listened to our gut when we felt something was off! It felt too good to be true, but then it just might have been true!

He is a tictoker that happens to be a police officer with a clothing line. I purchased a few items 2 months ago and paid for shipping and never received. I reached out to him and he refuses to resolve . I also requested refund and he refuses. His name is Dax B Emry

I received a text from what appeared to be from USPS claiming a package was on hold. I started entering my information including debit card number. I realized that USPS would probably never ask for 30 cents to redeliver a package. Therefore believe it to be a scam. Hopefully I stopped before I sent my debit card through. They were baiting me.
