Type of a scam Phishing
That is an uppercase i and not a lowercase L in the link (for those whose text is ambiguous).
Working in an IT position in an office means I have items shipped in and out continuously, but never have I received an email like this. This is a "smishing" scam, much like phishing but using SMS to reach individuals in order to obtain their personal data. I opened the link on a generic connected PC using a private browser and it loads a very quick page (itsclosingtime.com/) that then immediately redirects to Google.com

"USPS: the arranged delivery for the parcel 1z21737 got changed. Please confirm here: z2fxc.info/6uzoVlyLBj"
I clicked the link from my laptop and it opened a new tab on my Google Chrome, taking me to Google's home page. That is when I knew something was fishy so I searched the internet for that message and found multiple articles on it being a scam.

I deleted all of my passwords saved on my Google Chrome and now have to go in one by one to change all my passwords just in case. Sucks.
