I visited the web page www.usaiptvresellers.com and on the page I was directed to the telephone number 1985-315-2151 through which I communicated by telegram with Mr. Dennis Wambui, the name that the scammer used to receive payment through Upwork Escrow Inc. for the purchase I made of an internet television subscription panel and after I sent him the payment, he did not give me access to the panel I bought, he did not make me the page and the application that contained the proposal he made to me and Then he blocked his contact and did not communicate with me again. That is, he received the money for a service that he did not provide to me, thus committing the scam.

I requested to purchase an IPTV reseller panel from ip-tvresellers.com for $140.00. I was sent instructions to send $140.00 to their U.S. mobile number, (409) 554-2323, via Apple Pay. After sending the payment via Apple Pay, I received no response after an hour of waiting. $140.00 was taken from my bank account and paid to “Cupertino CA 00NN7470.” No one answered calls or texted about the reseller panel with 200 subscription credits. I texted (409) 554-2323 to say that I did not receive the reseller panel with 200 subscription credits. Someone identifying themselves as Annabel texted back, “We did not receive the money. Please resend another $140.00 to this number: (409) 554-2323,” but I declined, as I checked my bank account and wouldn’t be foolish. The following day, I called (409) 554-2323 from my mobile phone, and no one answered. I called the same number from my home phone, and a man answered. I requested a refund for my money, but the man who answered laughed when I asked about the money. I indicated that I felt I had been scammed. The man laughed and hung up the phone.
