Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
At the kiosk, they had high quality crystal engraved on their shelves to get you to buy. I provided two photos as I was buying two crystals, was told my photos was good enough, but my finished product that I spent $344.23 was very poor quality. After trying to get my money back, I was then told they don't do refund, they can only return half of the money back which will put any customers at a lost. The way the company handled my disappointment and unhappiness with their product was very unprofessional and don't care like attitude.
I was CON in buy something great which was awful.
I would like to let the world know how much of a CON this company (Unikelove) is and please do not buy their product. My Crystal finished product was very poor quality and at this point I would appreciate my money back because my two sister are greatly disappointed in their Birthday Present.
