I had received a letter in the Mail saying it was from Walmart for unclaimed property. The letter said I could claim the it or that it would be turned over to the state as required by law. Wanted me to sign the paper and return along with a copy of one of the following documents: drivers license, utility or phone bill original stale dated check or copy of tax return or other government form.

Letter stated that I could email the documents or call the number provided in the letter.

Scam -Walmart. Said I had a credit of unclaimed $30; which I did with Sam's Club; so I was dumb enough to send my information. I began getting spam emails like crazy. They tried to use my account and charged about $153 but my bank stopped it.
