Asking to pay $98.00 for my chiropractor to have an interest in my home property. This doesn't make any sense to me. Normal TX UCC filings are around $40-$50. If one needs to be filed.
Scammer's website not on the form but they are asking for $90 to report UCC - making it sound like they are a government firm.
