I ordered beeswax bread bags from Tryvelor.com on 2/6/26. What I received a month later were cloth bags lined with plastic. On 3/18 I replied via e-mail and explained my disappointment, accused them of false advertising and requested a refund. They replied, basically stating that I didn’t know the difference between plastic and beeswax. I sent pictures. On 3/21 they apologized profusely stating it was a warehouse mixup, which they have corrected, and would sent me the correct bags, but, could keep the wrong bags. Since 3/21 I have e-mailed them twice, first asking for an update and secondly asking for a refund. As of today 4/8 there has been no response.

I ordered the bags online from Tryvelor.com. The pirchase came through and was given an email about a month later talking about a delay. It was then i got another email that they were on the way. I got a tracking number but no product was ever delivered. No reposonse to my email about it. Took the matter to paypal for some sort of resolution.

The company from TryVelor.com claims to ship cotton bags lined with beeswax and linen; it takes forever to receive and when it arrives (direct ship from China), it is cotton lined with plastic, smells bad and the company is not responsive to any emails including the ones associated with the bill via paypal.
