Fake website selling hair products and you never get the product. They automatically sign you up for a monthly subscription with no contact to get assistance or stop subscription other than contacting your funding institution. The website was trybotanic.com.

I ordered a product for hair-loss and after 12 days I got a message saying there was a failed delivery attempt of the item even when I was home all day sitting next to the door. After reaching out to the company they said its not their fault and I should pay them another 10 dollars if I want them to resend another one. I told them no and I would like a refund since their website claims you get a 90 day money back guarantee. And they never responded.
