I ordered 2 packs of the bloomin honey sticks from TryBloomin.com. The website says that each pack is a 30 day supply with 30 sticks in each. It also said shipping was immediate and would take 1 week for delivery. the website also states it is free shipping and they charged me shipping. I placed my order on March 2. I reached out after two weeks and was then told shipping can take from 6-16 business days. I did not receive my order until yesterday and they only shipped 1 30 day supply. I immediately reached out and asked for a 50% refund since they did not ship the entire order. Their reply back was that each pack only contains 15 sticks. This is not true at all and it clearly shows I ordered 2x30 packs in my order. Nothing on their website shows that they even sell a 15 pack. I want my entire charge of $54.91 refunded at this point and I would like everyone to know this company is a scam. They do not provide a phone number to contact them, only an email address ([email protected]) and all they do is say the same thing each time they respond.
