I was online one night during the holidays and saw a bag I wanted to purchase from Tryklyra.com. I clicked the link ans it stated it would be $25. I did receive an order number. I never received my order and they’ve attempted to charge my card at least three times monthly since then.

I purchased from Tryklyra.com on Jan 4 2026, received tracking information and no product. I reached out via email to [email protected] and was told package was sent there is an issue with the shipping advised to allow more time for receipt of product. It is now April1 2026 still NO PRODUCT…….????????????

I thought I was making a one time purchase of a bag from TryKlyra.com and never received the bag and have now had several charges on my card totaling $99.98. Zero response from customer service after sending multiple emails.

This company sells bags on the internet. After two months, my bag never arrived and they continued to take money from my account. They never responded to requests for information or refund. They initiated recurring transactions that were unauthorized.

Order 2 purses for a total of $30. Supposedly bogo sale event. Less than a week later they took an additional amount of $39.99 unauthorized amount from my card I used to purchase with. Now it says the tracking link is expired. I’ve emailed the company several several several times with absolutely no response back. There is no contact number and this company appears to do this to several people. My card company hasn’t been of assistance in the matter so looks like $69.99 is stolen from me. Don’t always trust Facebook ads. They’ve been reported and Facebook won’t remove them.

The Tryklyra.com website advertises luxury bags at discounted prices. Offers money back guarantees as well. I placed the order and paid upfront $94.98. Bag never arrived. A month later I was charged a different HIGHER amount - STILL NO BAG. A month later my bank was charged another amount (higher than before) - again - STILL NO BAG. There is a contact form on the website, however, no one answers it. There is no contact phone number. The associated number on the bank statement is a fake number.

Orderd 3 bags from Tryklyra.com through facebook ad on February 10th

No update by Feb 17th and alert they attempted to take another amount from cc

Messaged on fb. Given autoresponce. Comments deleted warning others. Social media blocked after asking about order.

Found instagram and facebook comments all to be deleted if not positive. Unable to review. Blocking out real cuatomer experiences

Emailed demanding refund and deletion of personal data. I contacted them at [email protected].

Did not authorize any type of reoccurring payment. No indication on site, in privacy policy, terms or shipping policies. No indication on order page. Did not authorize or accept storage or use of my card after initial purchase. I lost $67.89.
