Ordered custom glassware in January, still not delivered by April

The seller from FulNetwork.com advertised a 2 cup custom glassware set which is supposedly hand made. Ordered it since January.. its now April. I follow up on the status of the delivery and I receive emails from [email protected] giving different excuses from delay in the manufacturing to the shipping transport delays. They are unable to provide a trace on the package or provide any tracing number. No invoice sent.

I ordered 10 items totaled $107.57. I was supposed to receive the products on 3/20/25. I didn’t receive it. I emailed the customer service. The replied instructed me to wait until 4/20/25. I didn’t get the items. I emailed again and asked for a refund. They asked me to wait again until 5/20/25. I went to the website and discovered the website is no longer in-service. I reported the business to PayPal. I kept asking for the refund. They kept emailing me and ask for me to wait. The last email which I received today, 4/30/25. It gave me a choice to wait until 5/10/25 or pay a cancellation fee $10 which I think it’s absurd. Please investigate this business.

I ordered the item via website link. I did not receive the item. I contacted via email. I was told the product was on back order. I opened a case via Paypal. Paypal case was eventually closed, as I agreed with the seller top wait for the product. I ordered this product in February 2025. It is now 4/10/25. I still have yet to receive the product or a refund.
