"Hello, good afternoon. This is not a sales sorry marketing call. This is a legal matter and I'm trying to contact XXXX. My name is Marcus and I am calling from the processor's office regarding file case number YYYY-YYYY. I am calling you to discuss a matter that has been forwarded to my office for consideration of legal action including the following of a lawsuit, any complaint with the court to discuss the spending actions that may be filed against you. You need to immediately contact the firm directly handling your file. So that office number is 866-433-1285. This is a time sensitive matter for you. If we do not receive response they may be forced to proceed without your participation. Again, that number to contact is 866-433-1285. And also keep in mind, my calls are being logged as proof that efforts have been made to notify you. Thank you."
