I have ordered from here 3 times. Each time I order leashes and always get red ones. I emailed customer support with them telling me, like I don't know, to click the color I want the put it into the cart. A red one goes to cart, do these people not realize that my we sure go through lots of red leashes or better yet why would they order a red leash and a purple or green harness. So, I ordered two harness for my nephew along with 5 leashes. I receive the order and get the wrong name and phone numbers on the tags along with only 2 leashes and some how one was purple but, you guessed it one was RED. So, between them using DHL and DHL taking 3 weeks to deliver and then receiving the wrong product, I cannot get the customer service to respond to me on how to handle the product and order issue. I hate that there is no phone number so when things get to this point that issues can be rectified ASAP but, instead now I am sitting here writing negative comments and being a business owner and operator myself I hate getting negative feed back. And in this situation just a phone call would have taken care of this you need CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING.

Late, incomplete, wrong order. Poor quality items.
Hard to place the order. Errors could not be deleted from the shopping cart. Special requests were acknowledge by email. We planned a trip with 2 dogs. I received an email saying my order was shipped. Later another shipping date. Trip happened with no harnesses from this company. 10 days after returning home the stuff arrived. Terrible quality, the threads were loose in many places in the harnesses. Cheap workmanship, made poorly. Requests not done as promised. Missing one seat belt. The "training whistle" on a destroyed cardboard box with no instructions. I just wanted my money back. In an email I was told that " due to the pandemic the return warehouse was closed". BS! I was offered 40% back and keep everything. I said no. They charged me $4.99 restocking fee per item. It was one order with 5 items. One missing. Well the total for each restocking fee for 4 received items is $19.96 and inexplicably the amount charged was $38.12. I do not know what type of math they do. So they robbed me. I had to pay to return those inferior quality items and on top of that they took more of my money for nothing. My waste of time. Trust me, they are of inferior quality. Save yourselves. Do not buy anything at TrueHarness. They are crooks. No other way to describe their behaviour. One friend had his dog snapped the ring where the leash attaches. He was not tied. But a strong dog. THAT should have not happened. But looking at the stitching...no wonder. My dogs are young and strong. I need reliable equipment that keeps them save.

Ordered cute dog harness on 8-19-2021. It was debited from checking account. It is 9-6-2021 and still no harness. I have contacted TrueHarness and they said my address was not legit. I have lived at the same address for TWENTY ONE YEARS! They wanted me to use an alternative address that their 'system could recognize'. They wanted me to have it shipped to a friend or neighbor's house? I told them to ship it. I changed it to my husband's name (same address) and I suspect they might have shipped it? I have DHL tracking. By the time I get the harness, it probably won't fit! These are not made in the USA. They are made in China! I will NEVER order from them again. Worst customer service ever.

Same here. Ordered from them and never got anything. Tried to contact them but no response. They will show positive feedback on their FB page and comment back but wont' deal with any issues. I am convinced they are a scam or the worst company ever.

Pretty sure they are a scam company. I had the exact same problem. Ordered a harness and seat belt hook in early August. A couple a
of weeks went by and I sent an email, they replied that it had been shipped, however no tracking number. Waited week and sent another email, they replied that it was being reprocessed and would send a tracking number. No tracking number but plenty of emails wanting me to buy something else. Now almost 3 months later I told them I was going to report them as a scam company and I got an immediate email saying I was getting a refund. I will check my account tomorrow but not holding my breath. How do we report them as fraudulent to someone who can investigate them?

I needed a harness for my puppy. I found their name on facebook, along with ads. When I ordered, and never received the product I called the number that was on their website. The phone number is to another company which makes harnesses for disabled dogs, Blue Dog Design. I was able talk to my cc company and am disputing the charge.

TrueHarness did me the same way it's now been over 13 days only thing i got was a DHL eCommerce Trackiing number i also order it off facebook and got rip off fixing to report to it to my debit card company little do they know my debit card is Government issue.

I had purchased a dog harness and leash on August 12, 2020 through this "company". I had seen them on my FaceBook Feed. It seemed they were legit and appeared to have good reviews. They sent the confirmation email that my order had been received. And that another email will be sent out when my order has been shipped. I had not received anything for 7 days of an email, if my item had been shipped or not. I finally emailed them and they informed me that it was still going through inspection and will be shipped out very soon. Well I had waited a few more days and still no email from them on, if my order had been shipped. So I emailed them again, and they said "oh so sorry for the inconvenience, here is the tracking number". The tracking number was through DHL e-commerce and apparently went to Ridgewood, NY from California (I'm assuming). I figured, okay it's finally shipped on August 21, 2020. I waited another couple of days and decided to check the tracking number. As I was tracking it, I realized it was enroute to DHL e-commerce on August 21st. And apparently it skipped from their tracking number to USPS tracking number. Which USPS has been waiting for a shipping label. I became suspicious after the first couple of emails they sent me in response to my emails. The only way you can contact this company is through emails. They also said I had been helped by a couple of "customer care" people. When I only conversed with one person this entire time. There is no phone number nor do they give an actual address except Los Angeles, with a map. It was through ScamPulse.com that I found the address. I also checked more into their reviews and a lot of people were upset that it took over a month, sometimes 2 months to get their dog harness and supplies, or they never received them at all. If you are a dog trainer, you cannot wait that long. I still do not have my order and they keep saying "sorry for the inconvenience, but here is a tracking number. Which I contacted the USPS and they investigated and I received a call last night that have tracked down the tracking number but the sender had not issued a shipping label and that is what they are waiting for. Now it has become an issue. I was told it had been shipped and now I have learned it has not. They have no problem sending me emails about trying to sale me more items, but they have a problem sending me my order. Are they a legit company? I do not feel they are. I know I will not see my order nor will I probably be able to get my money back.
