This is the second email from this company in 2 days. Having received similar emails, I just ignore them and delete. It is a scam.

This is our final attempt to reach out to you regarding the registration of the brand name "XXXXX, LLC" If we do not receive your confirmation for registration today, we will proceed with the other applicant by tomorrow, potentially leading to the loss of your right to use the brand name.

Albert Garcia sent an unsolicited email to my client claiming that he needed to file a trademark and threatened the validity of my client's trademarks. Albert spread false and misleading information. Despite our demand to cease communication, Albert sent more harassing emails to my client trying to coerce him into Albert's trademark filing scam.
