They promise a simple TikTok store analyst position and then go about showing you a simple way to supposedly create clicks for a store's page and you get a commission on costs. Money is then supposed to pull out of your daily earnings and then if it goes negative you have to put money in and then when you complete work for the day, and cover the negativity, it balances and you are supposed to get the money back and your commission. They play that it's your work account and that you're putting money into your own account so essentially in the end it is supposed to be a wash, but when very expensive items come up that balance (negative) jumps way up to over a $1000 and they tell you to put in and you'll get back. They start with small amounts to hook you and then randomly throw the higher amounts. First reached out on LinkedIn as having the position and then another person reaches out to you. LinkedIn contact has since disappeared.

Posed as recruiter for CareerBuilder using LinkedIn profile. Then directed me to another individual who had me create a "business profile" for TikTok Shop on Tkshop-usa.cc where I was to review products in 3 sets of 30 where I would be paid commissions for items reviewed, promising a base salary in addition to commission for reviewed items. After 3 days of depositing and withdrawing amounts quickly increased to substantially higher amounts demanding increased deposit amounts in cryptocurrency before reaching an amount that was unattainable. I lost $1800.
