Purchase to win rounds to win a prize on TikTok Shop. When you win they don’t send the prize/deny you won. With proof they just ignore you and TikTok shop does not care they said TikTok shop is a place where people can get away with scams

Made a purchase from TikTok shop. Was charged 19.68 (correct), then another 24.68 the same day and then 39.97 a week later from TikTok Shop. No product was shipped and no evidence of the order in my TT Order history shows now either. These charges, totaling $84.33, were taken from my debit bank account.

I brought a item off of the Tik tok shop the item was cancelled by the seller PayPal said they issued the refund the refund was supposed to be credited but never was PayPal told me to call back and when I did they hang the phone up they are helping with scamming money from people and they are using social security number and information and probably selling it

I ordered a couch on Tiktok shop and never received it. I lost $49.98 on this order. No tracking info or confirmation email either. When I went to search for it in my account purchases, it wasn't there anymore.
